"I've been looking forward too coming here for quite some time. I ignored the bad reviews because I know that people can be harsh when all you're trying to do is your best. I also wanted to come here because my manager has had good experiences and I had a group that is looking for frosting classes together.... I'm soooo disappointed with the customer service, they made be feel like I was in the middle of them trying to finish something. Also it made me uncomfortable that I asked for edible glitter and they had a FDA approved ones and ones that were not. Was it a lie so I would spend more money??? Also I accidentally got two of the same thing but the lady made me feel so uncomfortable to return it In the store that I just kept it. I have never priced checked things until I went to this store, they over charge and they don't even create a relaxing and fun experience. I have no problem with over paying if there is a vibe that goes along with it but....maybe start looking at why you're getting negative reviews."

"I've been ordering custom edible images from this store for several years. The product was great and the customer service top notch. In the instance that my image might not have desired resolution, I've always got a phone call to let me know ahead of time. When my image was ready for pickup, I got notified by call or email. My last two encounters however were not up to par at all. Last week I've ordered an image and never received any kind of notification that's it ready to be picked up. When I called to ask when will be order be ready, I was told that's it is ready. This week I've ordered another image. My requested size was 5x7. Knowing that I will not be alerted about pickup I went to the store. My image was indeed ready, however the size was 3x4. I asked why they didn't print 5x7, the associate went to the back and than told me that that's an image I sent them. In case like this I would at least expect a call notifying me to change my image dimensions if they are not able to do it themselves. But unfortunately I am left with an image smaller than a postcard."

"Newly obsessed with Blake's! I needed one Cake platter/liner and one box and it was amazing, I could buy singles! They have all the sprinkles in the world, so many great cupcake liners, and tons of gel dye food color, molds for chocolate and cake pops, tons of frosting tips you can buy solo, frosting bags by the box or as singles, couplers, omg the list goes on. Really impressed and will continue to make this my first stop for baking accessories!"
