"Don’t waste your time here they never answer the phones and they’re always out of product… it’s just very upsetting that as a customer we call to see if there’s product availability and no one answers but when you go into the store all you see is for females behind the counter just gossiping like if I didn’t know Spanish!"

"The attitude of the people working here has seriously been declining recently, I can’t even ask the clerk to heat up a pizza because I get told “it’ll take too long”. Then the sense of customer service is just a joke to these people. How do they manage to maintain a job is my question."

"We informed the lady at the counter that NONE of the slurpee machines were not working properly. She walks away without saying a word, and comes back and says "they're all just watery". Um.... Yeah exactly. I told you they're NOT WORKING PROPERLY. All of them were straight water except one that was so thick it wouldn't even come out. If you're wanting a slurpee save your time. This trip was an infuriating pathetic waste of my time and energy."

"This is a warning to everyone that comes to this place often. For the last 4 times within a month period my mom has been to this place to buy lottery tickets and every single time they have charged her twice. Okay I believe once or twice a year maybe it was a mistake but its every time consistently back to back. She has bank statements to prove it, she has gone back to the store to show them and they keep denying it, so if she caught this already 4 times no telling how many other customers they are ripping off at this place. Please check your bank statements right away or bank accounts right away after you go there and buy anything. They are doing this on purpose and stealing from customers by charging twice. This is illegal activity they are performing at this store. Stop going there!"

"What you can always count on with 7-Eleven is consistency. They are like the McDonalds of convenience, well in the sense of uniformity. The only main thing to set them apart and like all franchise chains. The people behind the counter. Of course there is different demographics and inputs in their respective settings. I mean to say the quality of the employees and their appreciation for their role and the relationship with customers on a day to day standard. This location has great customer service. The people their are nice, welcoming and professional as you would expect. The standard is kept and well respected."
