"I had a very bad experience with this store, bad treatment from the sellers, I bought a coat that was a little tight, I decided to return it, get a larger one, but they didn’t have my size. And they didn’t want to return the money, they told me to buy something for that amount, but I don’t need anything elseThey say that we have such a policy that we don’t return money back, but they didn’t warn me about this and offer to buy something else with my money, this is a very bad experience, this is disrespectful to customers, I don’t advise going to this store They were very rude"

"BEWARE IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.. So bought a suite with finished length in pants. First time I have ever bought a suite like that. They had one suite that wasn't. All there suite do not have enough length to extend 2 inches."

"Bad experience, went in for black friday shopping to get some suits and walked out due to the shift manager's attitude and unprofessionalism. Constantly interrupting my time trying on shirts & demanding I walk out of the fitting room because there is only one fitting room - I don't see how that's any of my concern I went in there to make very expensive purchases if I need to take my time making sure the clothes I buy are worth the investment I will take as long as I need, and that should be the correct thing to do anywhere.Not going to go.back I will not tolerate any disrespect, very disappointing."

"Terrible experience for this store in this location. I went in for black friday shppping and after my friend tried on some clothes we had to walk out because of the manager rude attitude. I understand that black Friday is a very caotic time, but that doesn't excuse the rudeness and the management of this store and being unprepared for this day. My friend was trying items on to see what his size would be and we were constantly nagged by the manager about having too many items on the fitting room (he couldn't find his size of course he was going to have multiple.items) and saying he HAD to hurry up because other people were waiting for the fitting room (although we waited patiently for our turn to use the fitting room) It's a shame because he was ready to purchase several suits and shirts which would mean that the cashiers would of made some good commission on a 1k+ dollar purchase, but because of the store managers fault they didn't get any of that. It's very wrong for the management to be so unprofessional and not prepared for this, I will definitely will not be coming back to this store because of this experience."
