"I ordered a 12 dollar roast beef and they gave me 2 little slices... I couldn't even taste it"

"Well I will definitely not be back to this subway location. Understaffed, poor communication with customers and no organization. The PIC on duty stayed in the back, yelling to the her employee about how busy she was, while watching her employee struggle to help people coming in the store to order. The Line of people grew as we were waiting to be served, as the manager came up to only complete online orders while she stated that "Online Orders come first". Myself and 3 other customers, decided it's not worth it. We all shook our heads at the horrible customer service. I will definitely not be back and I will not recommend this location."

"So I place a mobile order, the app says it will be ready in 25-30 minutes, so i wait, then leave my house 30 minutes later. I get to the store with the app saying "ready" on my order. I walk in, tell the lady behind the counter I have a mobile order. This is where the problem starts. She continues helping customers instead of me even though I ordered 35 minutes ago under the impression I wouldn't have to wait in line, this was wrong. 10 minutes of her making sandwiches for people then I finally get to talk directly. She can't find my order. 20 minutes in the store then she figures it out, the food has been getting cold on a rack for the past 20 minutes or who knows how long. I rode my bike there. I get home, and bam wrong order. They never toasted my bun and they didn't put cheese in my frickin turkey cheese sub. So I pedaled BACK to the store, and the lady kindly offered to remake the food. So I wait for that, she hands me the food and I'm out the door. I get home AGAIN and bam, no cheese and the bun is not toasted. I give up. Do not order here. I'd never say a word about it to their faces cuz retail and foodworkers get treated terribly but come on! It's a Turkey and cheese with mayo on an Italian bun, toasted. It's not that complex. I will not be coming back. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined."

"The employee at this store was so slow! I would have let her go, if this was my store. There was a line of people, and we were all very patient and polite to her. She took such a long time with each sandwich, that a couple of customers actually walked out. She acted really stressed and overwhelmed. I really don’t see why it was that difficult for her. She is making a sandwich and people tell you exactly what to put on it. She took too long putting on her gloves, making the sandwich and ringing up the order. I’d say she took about 7-8 minutes per customer. As someone who has worked in customer service all my life, and trained employees, I understand the difficulties but I also have an expectation. She was rude for no reason. I’ve had the most wonderful service from the subway in Milwaukie. I tipped that employee $20 because I was so impressed with her outstanding customer service. I always tip, and I didn’t give her one, because she was awful. Her tip jar only had one tip in it, so I’m not alone in my feelings. I will not return to this store if she works there."

"Very friendly staff, but this is too busy of a location to only have one employee working at a time. Frequent online orders that the only employee working there must complete while a line is waiting in the store. And even going through the line staff prioritizes small talk with customers over fast service. Yes they’re nice and I understand building good relations with customers, but there must be a balance. If you take long on a customer due to too much small talk while a line is waiting, that’s an entire line that is now upset since they have to wait extra long, which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry and you choose subway because subway is known for fast service"
