"10 pieces of pepperoni on a spicy Italian with just pepperoni. Still charged full price. No receipt, tried to call to see if I could bring it back, no answer."

"I hate leaving bad reviews but after 4 attempts to eat here while I’ve lived in the neighborhood, I feel it’s time lol. Every time we come here they are out of something. Like a lot of somethings, to where we cannot order and have to leave. This has happened on 3 occasions. Today (which we joked as approaching today - will this be the time we FINALLY can eat here?) we ordered our food and after ordering were told cash only, unless we physically go in to order our food. Which I get things happen, but why did you not tell us till after we made our order? I think this is our last attempt to eat here. I recommend the other subway near baskin robins in Gladstone Always top tier service and if ever there’s a hiccup it’s told to me immediately (even on to go orders they call)"

"Girl here was vaping outside and didn’t wash hands. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Went through the drive through after my class had gotten out, a good HOUR before other schools did and PAST usual lunch hours. There was one car ahead of us that had been sitting there before we had even pulled up and once we did, it was a solid TWENTY minutes AFTER PLACING OUR ORDER before WE could pull up. after reaching the window and getting our sandwiches we got home to find: DUPLICATE footlong SANDWICHES, both of which had an item that I was allergic to, BREAD was tough and HARD TO EAT, took over TWENTY MINUTES to get THE WRONG ORDER that I couldn’t even eat for 30 DOLLARS. I am NEVER coming back to this location EVER."

"worst Subway in Portland. Drive thru took 25min, Virtualy No meat. I'm pretty sure there is a standard at subway. There not hitting it. I can tell you that."

"I came in at 6pm, most of the lights in the lobby were turned off. The entire meat side was covered, so you couldn't see the food from our end. The veggies looked dreadful and withered. The entire prepping side was gross and clearly hadn't been wiped down in a while. From start to finish, this was a pretty bad experience. On multiple occasions the manager has been smoking right outside of the doors, and has laughed when asked about why this Subway is always out of lemonade and/or certain breads. This store has been consistently dropping in quality over the past few years. Take your money to Jimmy Johns."
