"Don’t eat here if you want normal portion sizes!!! This place is not for you Went there with my boyfriend on my lunch break, it was pretty busy at the time of arrival, 2pm. It took about 15 mins in line before our order was taken. There was only one person on the like, one person on the cash register, and 5 or 6 behind them doing online orders. The either store owner or store manager was there doing interviews, and didn’t take the time to help in between interviews. It was pretty sad. We orders a bowl, burrito and taco. We kept asking him if we could have a bigger serving, and he said it would be $5 more dollars. We said what for? He said because they charge extra for double helpings. We then said that’s not even a normal serving. We moved on with the ordered, because I only had an hour. I still can’t believe we paid $29 for something we could have went to Taco Bell for and got more food for less money. It wasn’t just us complaining about portion size either, while paying people were saying can I have more rice meat. He said for $5! Unbelievable. After reading all the reviews I’m seeing it is actually a problem. We won’t be retuning to this one, we will happily drive to clackamas town center."

"I have been a Chipotle lover for years. I was so excited to learn this location was opening so close to home. I never leave reviews but this is the third extremely disappointing meal I’ve received from this location (I kept trying to give this location a chance). I usually love the grilled peppers/onions but the green peppers in my burrito and quesadilla were literally raw. The portion sizes of the burrito bowls are much smaller than what I’m used to. In addition, the kids cheese quesadilla I got for my daughter had virtually no cheese. Extremely disappointed after paying $50+ (and a tip) for dinner for my family, it was not entirely edible. Will not be returning."

"So happy to have a Chipotle on this side of town! I’ve been there quite a few times now and the service is always excellent! You can tell this is a new location and that many people are still training - it does get busy and a little chaotic but you can tell that everyone is doing their best - so please keep that in mind and give these humans some grace."

"I was super excited to hear that a new chipotle was opening close by since my partner and I make a habit of going to Chipotle at least twice a month. Unfortunately, this area has disappointed me both times I’ve come in so I don’t think I want to come back. The people working on the line are usually amazing but the issue is when our burritos need to be wrapped… It’s a burrito place, how do you not know how to wrap one?! My partner gets a double wrapped burrito each time he goes and for some reason, with an extra surface area to wrap our goodies into, the lady never actually secures them. Our burrito was left open on one side making it impossible to even lift it out of the foil wrapping without falling apart into my partners lap. This has happened both times and the lady just tried to add foil to the outside and call it a day. She remade and re-wrapped it for us but you could tell it was made with hate. And not to mention, their veggies are always super undercooked. All I get are the veggies due to my dietary preferences. If I wanted fresh uncooked veggies I’d order a damn salad. I wish I took a picture of that blasphemy."

"I don't know if I came in at a bad time, or if this is how it is for all Chipotles, which in that case I will never be going back to one again. first of all this is from my own experience you may have a different one. Walking inside it was mostly clean it was not immediately clear where to go to pick up an online order. But I figured it out pretty fast after asking an employee, after picking up my food I got a drink so I went over to the drinks area to find it basically filled with a quarter inch of water on the surface area on the metal, there was a bunch of ice and the dispenser and it was dirty, it looked like they had been ignoring it since the day they opened. Everything else, the tables, the food area behind, the kitchen was all clean no issues there, it just felt abandoned in that side corner. Please also check they include the drinks they did not with mine. When I got home I unboxed what was a sad attempt at a burrito, I ordered carnitas, with no rice, pinto beans and cheese when I opened it up it was warm and the ingredients tasted fresh. and the drink was cold that's where the good ends, biting into a burrito that has a soft shell but incorrectly folded tastes like you are attempting to bite into a crab shell, in the back it was almost impossible for me to eat and I feel like if it had been attempted to fold the burrito better It would have been edible but at that point I was not going to try and refold my own burrito which I paid $14 for total, drink and burrito. I know a lot of people like Chipotle so maybe I just had a bad experience but this is my experience and I am sharing it you can take it with the grain of salt or you can avoid this place. there are multiple places out there that offer better portions for around the same price, like cha cha cha milwaukie for example."
