"I will just start by saying that my family has been frequently enjoying Sheris as long as I can remember and I'm hoping I can return after this. I'm used to them being busy with typically 1-2 servers. That's normal for Sheris. I expect to wait a little. What we were greeted with was "Pick a table that's not dirty, I have a lot of people ahead of you" . Had she not had a rude tone and the rest of the experience was okay I would totally understand her level of stress in that moment. And honestly we didn't even have to wait long to have our orders taken and be served, However my over easy eggs were completely clear whites one side and water. When I showed her and said I'm sorry but I cannot eat that she told me what I wanted was over medium. Nope. I won't even get into that argument! I just said as long as the whites aren't clear. Anyway since I had scooted the eggs onto my hasbrowns before noticing they had to remake my plate...I look back and the female cook has a weird smirk on her face. I shouldn't have eaten the damn food. I really should not have. I knew right then! But I did. And I've been sick since 10 minutes after leaving. I didn't even make it home and had to stop at Safeway. There is no doubt in my mind that she posioned me in some way. I really wasn't rude to you ladies but it was an awful experience you should be ashamed. What if my kids had eaten from me plate?"

"The food was great. The waitress lied to my girlfriend and I right off the top. Sat us somewhere that was freezing cold and said that because she was leaving the waitress taking over the dinner had to have us all bunched up on one side of the restaurant. Then we seen the first waitress sit down at the table we asked for and started eating her food she had for herself already prepared. So she didn't even really leave she just wanted to eat at the table we asked for herself. Anyway good Mac n Cheese food was good. But the workers were terrible."

"Clean, fast service. The chocolate milkshakes are the only reason I come to a Shari's. Order inside and take the rest to go -- you get way more than if you order to-go. Feels like the waitstaff is consistently understaffed at every location, so be patient & kind."

"We had an excellent waitress! She was responsive and helpful and corrected any issues we had. This could have easily been a one star. However, Shelby was excellent and just all around did an amazing job."
