"I order on the phone I tried explaining to this lady.the plate that I wanted,I ordered the chicken teriyaki with shrimp and received the one in the picture no chicken.I called this lady on the phone to tell her that she made my plate wrong.She started being rude in the phone I tried to explain again that she didn’t understand me.the 3 times I tried telling her my order she didn’t understand I told her in a nice way that I couldn’t understand her language.so when I went to pick up my order I never thought of checking the food.when I got home my daughter noticed that there was no chicken.i started to eat my food cause didn’t eat all day I was going to let it pass that’s why I started my plate.my daughter didn’t want to eat with out the chicken.so I called back trying to get the correct food she started telling me that that’s what I order when I didn’t.like I said I don’t want to be rude but she wouldn’t understand me.she started to yell at me and she hang up on me 3 times so I went in person to tell her if that’s how she treats her customers she answered yes so I ask for my money back.She didn’t want to give my money back.so then I ask for the food I ask for.in a rude way she said what you want.and she said that this was the first time she seen me.i been going lots of times but now I don’t feel like going to that place no more.i hope the owners see this message I’ll like my refund back because of how I was treated there.cause she said she didn’t care if I stop going there.that was really rude of her. no wonder there’s never people there.i want an apology"

"so happy they opened in my area this is definitely one of my new favorite spots. everything i've tried has been really tasty, they give good portions at a good price too. all the staff has been so friendly really a great spot to stop by when you get the chance."

"We ordered the Chicken Katsu and Chicken Teriyaki Entree, both were delicious! The meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. The teriyaki had a great charred flavor and the katsu was nice and crispy. Portion sizes are very generous for the price and you could easily get 2-3 meals out of one entree. The staff were very friendly and even gave me new katsu sauce to take home with my leftovers. Their dining area is very clean and well spaced out. You get complementary hot tea, miso (green onions on the side), and pickled ginger if you dine in. Each table has a little basket with a bottle of teriyaki sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce. This is one of the better teriyaki restaurants around and I highly recommend it!"

"The teriyaki was a little too sweet and the vegetables were frozen I'm pretty sure but other than that it's good for the price you pay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff rating 10/10 Food rating 7.5 out of 10."
