"Bought a Raptor R from Damerow. Salesman and finance department were great! General manager only communicated with text and email, was disconnected from the details of the deal and what was needed to make it successful from both ends, and was kind of greedy. When you're spending $140k and still pinching pennies, it's not about the money at that point, it's about just doing good business. On delivery, I took it to a detail shop and they mentioned the paint was in pretty bad condition for only 50 miles on the truck (don't know if that was from delivery or what), and the powder coat of the exhaust tip was chipped. After that, papers were delayed because of lack of communication between departments, however that was fixed right away with a phone call, but no excuse considering it's $140k. Posted my truck on a Facebook Raptor R group, and a lady said that her husband test drove the truck from Damerow and raced a Ferrari on the street with it, which I don't want a brand new truck not broken in properly. In conclusion, I'm enjoying the truck now thoroughly. My big gripe with the transaction was my requests weren't listened to, even though my requests were small, while I just had to agree to every request they had with absolutely no leniency/effort. That, and the papers not coordinated to be sent because of lack of communication. And the final one, was the communication as a whole from the general manager was just awful, passive, and almost nonexistent. Everyone else communicated to me fantastically. Given that the truck was $140k, more attention to the transaction as a whole needed to be taken. The whole deal really wasn't made easy for me."

"This was my fifth used Ford purchase in about 12 years. My 2021 F150 purchase at Damerow was smooth, the sales person and finance person were pleasant and easy to work with. However, the post sale follow up was subpar. I had to reach out several times over two weeks to receive a refund for accessories I paid upfront for and ended up having done elsewhere. I had much better start to finish experience at Gresham Ford and Landmark Ford."
