Aerie Store

"EDIT - ORIGINALLY I had posted that even though no one helps much the staff is polite and the store organized. However, on my last visit I'm doing off all the stars because of the horrible service. I was trying to exchange leggings I'd had less then a month and were getting snags. And not just a few snags, but like the ones that leave pulls in the fabric and little knots and loops on the outside. I tried to exchange and the manager refused, saying that they don't know what caused the damage so I could not exchange. I pointed out that all the leggings of the same fabric on her sales floor had similar snags, so it's probably a defective fabric... she still refused claiming I could have done it myself. I've never had a problem with aerie leggings so I know this isn't usual, but her behavior makes me not want to purchase anymore from that company. And during Christmas time too... now I don't want to buy my daughter things. So sad to see this company going that direction!! This explains why some of their competitors are doing so well in the same locations! Either that or they really need to reevaluate the training they are giving to management."

"I love the store itself, however the customer service at this location is absolutely disgusting. The employee’s seem to forget that they work in the customer service industry. Of all times I’ve walked into this specific location, not once have I had a positive interaction with an employee. Take yourself 20 minutes further into Washington Square Mall, they’re fabulous."

"I’ve always had a good experience at Aerie. I asked to be fitted and the girl measured me with the bra I had on, I had told her I was wearing a push up bra(always been measured with a bra with no padding) She told me the size I’m currently at and brought it to me and walked away. The reason I went was to be fitted in a bra that actually fits me. She told me the incorrect sister size of the bra size I had on. Next time Il just go to VS."

"Body positive, appropriate sizes. Good customer service. Cute, comfy, quality clothes. A bit expensive but lots of the stuff was on sale. This store is cramped. I would not recommend bringing a wheelchair or service animal in here."

"They have amazing bras usually for around $30 or under! The quality is great and the customer service is even better! You can get measured and the associates can check the size to make sure it's fitting, and then give you styles based on your fit. It's very personalized and comfortable and great for all ages! Their sizes range from 30A-40DD. I highly recommend it!!!!!!! They have underwear 7 for $26.50 and apparel too."
