"I ordered food for pick up and they said they don’t serve shakes after a certain time even though they state that nowhere on their website or in the store and didn’t include any of the sauces I ordered. Half of my food was cold and the server did nothing to fix the problem. What a waste"

"Usually good, though most recently the strawberry shake mix wasn't mixed properly and it was mostly vanilla. And we wanted jumbo jack cheese but there was no cheese."

"I ordered 3 classic sandos and what got was some over cooked chicken almost burned hard as a rock and with no fries worst sando ever I went back and took the food back the employee that was there said he couldn’t do anything to go back the following day when the manager was there and all because I wasn’t provided with a receipt so I didn’t have proof even with the bad food and I showed him my bank transactions which showed the charge I paid so much for nothing the food was not eatable I’m so upset I never writte any kind of reviews but this is too much they should really look into this or just close the place down it’s giving them a bad name"

"I remember why I never go here. They didn’t have half the things we wanted to order. The facility was gross. Wet puddle floors that no one was cleaning up. Just yellow signs set everywhere, literally all over the place. I think I saw four scattered throughout instead of just cleaning it up. They charged more than the prices on the board. No one was dining inside yet half the tables still had garbage and needed wiped down. Way too expensive for a very poor experience."
