"Came in on 03/02 our server seemed very overwhelmed but didnt let it affect his service. His service was awesome but my low rating is for management. The big table next to us waited for everyone get receive their food but there was long periods of time before more food coming out. Our food was all very great as always but I wish I could’ve got refills on my kids and I drinks but the server was very busy I was upset at the time but understood it was busy. I hope management would either hire more servers to help with busy nights, and to also hire more kitchen staff because they need it!!"

"Food was mosy good. Service was acceptable. We noticed as we were leaving there was lots of bits and pieces of food all over the floor arround and under all the tables. They were somewhat busy but still. The particular weekend we went, we actually were there 3 times in as many days becauae it was right next to the hotel where we stayed for seeing the 'fluffy' showing there in Kennewick WA. We really liked the alcoholic drinks we got, and each got one the 3 times we went. The first time my drink was great, all mixed, and even had the gummy fruit pieces in it. The 2nd and 3rd time, it didn't have that at all and the third time, my drink had very little ice in it and there was like probably 95% alcohal and like 5% juice. In fact, the juice wasnt even mixed in. I took a few sips and instantly the sweetness was gone and all that was left was the horrendous taste of pure alcohal; was extremely strong and I didn't even finish it;in fact it began to upset my stomach."

"We had a family dinner here and we were pretty disappointed at the food quality for the baby back ribs, and the mac n cheese. The Macaroni tasted like the kind you make from a box, but a little more blah. You could tell it wasn’t freshly made. Almost like it was made earlier in the day and reheated. My 5 year old would hardly eat it. The baby back ribs were SO dry! We asked the server if the ribs were usually this dry, he looked at it and said “no not usually, I’m not sure what happened with those” we requested additional BBQ sauce in hopes of making it taste better, it definitely wasn’t cooked or prepared right. The server didn’t address the problem or offer a new plate, or even a discount. Needless to say, we won’t be returning customers."

"It was a very subpar visit today. Ordered the 2 for $26, which means I get an appetizer. Got a basket of fries for the kids as well. Food came out timely, but I never got my appetizer nor our side of fries. I'm very disappointed with how our service was. Asked about my app. so they ended up bringing that, but it was cold of course."
