"Everytime we order drinks ,they end up making them wrong. Last time I told the tall guy. He got mad and told me he made it right and it looked completely different. Will not be back"

"I got today pistachio latte with almond milk grande size. Came home and drank it all. My stomach got sick pretty badly. I have a feeling that they put regular milk instead of what i ordered and paid for (extra charge for non-dairy milk) or it was maybe without following sanitary rules. I really don't know. It never happened to me from coffee I do at home. Taste was pretty burned, so I couldn't understand it was almond milk or regular. I wasn't eating or drinking anything else before or after coffee, so it can't be something less that cause such a bad upset stomach. Since that time, almost 4 hours straight, my stomach has not stopped feeling so bad. If not getting better soon, I might need medical assistance... I really don't want to go to urgent care. Though staff was nice and very friendly."

"Bad experience this morning 2/19/2024 Went to this location to get my morning coffee. The line was long and I was late so I walked up to the window not realizing I parked in a fire lane. The woman at the window didn’t like that but I remained respectful and moved my car. I ordered a HOT americano with a splash of cream and a splash of sugar free syrup. When I came back I witnessed her literally dumping half n half into my coffee it overflowed and she had to pour some out. She pretty much gave me a cup of milk. (see photo) She did this on purpose to spite me I’m not sure why. I guess I rubbed her the wrong way. This is my go to drink and it never looks or tastes like this."

"I don't think I will go back to this Starbucks ever again. I understand it's really icy outside hence the reason why I walked to the walk up window. But refusing to serve someone because they are not driving through the drive thru. Unbelievable."

"Very busy location. Double charged me and messed up my order! Probably a common thing and why they are so busy! My drink didn't taste like it normally does and when I said something they rolled their eyes and made me a new one but still wasn't the same as previous Starbucks locations I've been to. EDIT This location had redeemed themselves. I had a bad experience in the past at this location but frequently come here now to pickup my order using the app online. It's a super convenient ordering online and not having to wait to order. Staff is friendly and abides by social distancing guidelines and safety practice."
