"I bought a radiator from Bill the owner three years ago. My son gave me the wrong intake and water hose outlets. I paid $40.00 to FedEx it back. I bought two more radiators at $400.00 each and they came on wrong from Superior. I gave them both yo bill and my credit card. Sold the Roadrunner without a new radiator. BILL NEVRR gave me the $800.00 back. After three years of leaving messages. Still nothing Two months ago I left another message stating that I would take$600.00 asap I needed help with my Creamatiom. I dying of cancer. No answer. NOTHING! I wouldn't recommend him for anything. I seeothershave had the same experience. Very sad way to run abussiness."

"I ordered a radiator for my 1980 oldsmobile cutlass (1) month ago and it doesn't fit. I have called for 3 weeks and no call back or nothing. The customer service is below par, I would not spend any of your hard earned money with monster cooling."

"I purchased a fan, shroud, dual fans, and a thermo switch from Monster Cooling for my old Blazer, due to them being a local company who seemed to have a good price. The first radiator that arrived was so out of square that the shroud would not fit. It cost me a 40 minute trip (each way) for William to confirm it was the radiator and not the shroud that was the problem. Thankfully he shipped that first radiator back for me, and a new unit showed up fairly quickly. I was a little frustrated that I had to take the time off work to deal with it, but I realize things happen in manufacturing. The second radiator fit the shroud and I installed the system. I quickly realized the fans were very low CFM/RPM units and will need to be upgraded. The thermo sensor/fan wiring kit was an absolute joke so I ordered a Spal kit, and threw away the Monster kit. Once installed it worked adequately for a few months before springing a leak in the lower driver corner of the core. William informed me I'd need to pay out of pocket to ship it back to Champion (the manufacturer) directly, and he could not help me, despite having sold it to me. I did so, and the new (3rd unit) worked fine for another few months of use until the passenger side lower corner of the core began leaking. This time the warranty units were out of stock and back ordered so I was stuck with an inoperable vehicle and no warranty options. Finally they became available, so I spent another 55-ish dollars to ship my third failed radiator back. I am now awaiting my FOURTH unit to hopefully receive a radiator that will be square and leak free. Between the cost of all the return shipping, driving back and forth to William's office twice, replacement coolant, the time/hassle/mess, I wish I had just spent a little more initially on a quality name brand. In my experience, Champion radiators are pure garbage, and William with Monster Cooling-while nice, does not stand behind his product to make things right. ***Update, the 5th unit failed at a side tank weld after only a few months of use. Absolute garbage product."
