"I have been taking my cars to Tony for about 15 years. He always calls if he finds additional issues while working on the vehicle, asks what you want him to do, and offers to let me come look at it before making a decision. When I pick up my vehicles, he shows me the old parts that he replaced, pictures of the process, and gives explanation. His customer service is remarkable. That one star review is phony. Mentioning “the shop manager,” and “technician” is your first clue. It is just Tony. While picking up my car today, I met another of his regular customers that has been coming to him for 30 years. He has many long-time loyal customers."
"Tony has been fixing cars for me for 16 years. I've been in the car business for 10 years and own my own mechanic shop. Whenever I run into a weird issue with an older Mercedes Benz, I send it out to him and he fixes it super fast. Prices are very reasonable too."
"Working with this repair shop have been the most miserable experience of my life. Their business practices are questionable and the manager is very unpleasant to work with. It started with them performing work on my vehicle without my consent or knowledge. I had only asked for an diagnostic. Then after the work was completed he refused to provide a reciept for the work and he refused payment by credit card. My brother is a mechanic and he had to communciated to the technician how to complete the work. It is shady repair shops like this one that give the good ones a bad name. Whatever you do beware before giving your vehicle to this shop!"
