"While attending an event in the Hillsboro Downtown Station, my wife and I split a Red Dragon roll, and both remarked on how surprisingly tasty it was. I'm generally very skeptical of sushi from anywhere other than an upscale restaurant, but whoever these "brothers" are, they've obviously done their homework. The operator was friendly and, thankfully, not pushy like some of the other vendors around, and having a heated indoor space in which to enjoy our meal takes away all trepidation and weather-related anxiety surrounding food cart dining, so if fast, tasty sushi is your jam, Brothers is the peanut butter that pairs oh-so-well with it!"
