My bike had been backed into so I was dealing with insurance and they even had the insurance agent come to their shop to explain the damages from a professionals point of view. They are very thorough with their work and treat each bike as if it is their own. Great suggestions on replacement parts and what work would be necessary vs what would be elective. Customer service is fantastic. I had many conversations with Pete over the phone and he was always thorough and detailed in his response and never rushed me off the phone.
