"Brought my 11 Subaru Forester XT to them after 2 other shops failed to acknowledge or at least investigate what I suspected as a ring land failure. Within no time of having my Subaru towed to them, they diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and timeframe to have it completed before it needed to be driven back to Missouri, and answered any questions I had, being I was 2000+ miles away. Long story short, the job was completed and we have had no issues since. It made its way to Missouri with no issues and a year later has actually just made the trip back to Oregon this past week. "I worked with the owner to diagnose a valve related issue on my Subaru Outback post DIY engine rebuild. After listening to the car for 2 minutes they diagnosed a problem with the AVLS system at no charge. They quoted a fair amount of labor to address the issue and even showed the Subaru parts website pricing for the main components that would potentially need to be replaced. This parts pricing transparency is awesome for an industry that is known for adding large arbitrary markups here. I was ultimately able to fix the issue myself, but would not hesitate to have Superior Soobie work on my vehicle in the future. The Subaru dealership charged $180 for a less specific diagnosis, and wanted $1000 to perform a service that on its own would not have even resolved the problem… I should have skipped them and gone straight to Superior Soobie!"
