"Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful!! My daughter has accident beginning of February Car was towed away by this company! No one explained her anything, it took me couple days to find where was towed! They told me” send title and it should be fine!” I found it and sent it today They sent me letter about outrageous charges I talked to them 2 times until today and nobody explained anything!! I guess it’s time to present the legal team to handle it! Be aware!!!!"

"My son lives in a leased apartment building in Gresham. (Edison Apts). He was in his "assigned" space in the parking lot. He has just lived there a little over 2 months. Two girls living in the same apt. building called to get my son's work car towed in his ASSIGNED parking. Sergeants did not ask the manager if this car should be towed!!! YOU UNLAWFULLY TOWED HIS CAR. This happened at night, & when he went to go out to work at 8:00 AM- NO CAR!! That's what's stated in Edison Apts bylaws. Ask the manager regarding a tow. Then when he went to get the car released or paid for, the customer service lady was RUDE. The apartment manager was even on the phone, & said the car should be released to my 24-yr old son so he could go to work, & nasty, nasty behavior was displayed by this towing company. Pay this, later get reimbursed, & be on your way. My son had his boss help him out & come get the company car out of these "evil" grips. You are NOT nice. So if I walk down the street and I "indescribably" want a car towed, I can call your company , & just have it towed? Give me a break!!!!"

"Towing is a predatory practice, but this place takes that one step further. They towed my car from my apartment complex's parking lot despite my parking permit being visible in the windshield. They also didn't call the phone number on my windshield either, and demanded a "waiting fee" since they towed it at 5am and I didn't notice until well after 10. Their customer service could use some work as well. The only reason they get more than one star is that they do their job. I can understand places with limited parking towing vehicles, and this company appears to be good at that, if a bit too good."

"Our vehicle was stolen and ultimately destroyed. Sergeants Towing was the company who recovered the vehicle. All of our communication was excellent. Every person we spoke with at the company was compassionate and professional. They gave us time to go through and clean out what we could and didn't pressure us to hurry. They gave us the time we needed to take care of our business and we appreciate working with them. I would highly recommend Sergeants Towing."

"They lost my "invoice" so they thought that my car was already released to someone else. Because they lost the paper work, they couldn't release my car to me. This meant that I had to make my holiday trip with a Greyhound bus and a couple taxis, which ended up being much more expensive. I understand that mistakes happen, and yes I was perturbed by it all, but a little bit of empathy would have gone a long ways. On the up side, they did offer to put my car on the street when the battery didn't start which saved me an $80 jump start fee. I wish that I would have known earlier that Portland was going to sweep the street, then I could have made other arrangements which would have avoided the tow all together. Also Sergeants was about 35 minutes late which meant that I was just waiting by myself in arguably not a very great part of town."
