"Highly recommend ! Excellent suspension service pretty quick turnaround time My suspension works awesome now."
"Great experience all around. The online booking / scheduling was great & a staff member texted me right away to set up an appointment. Once I dropped it off, my bike was done the next day since they sourced the parts when I set the appointment up & had them ready to go. Super smooth experience, will book next time!"
"Great service, quick turn-around, frequent communication, and fair price. Fork works so much better now!"
"So my Pike Dual Position was feeling rough and could probably use some TLC. A buddy of mine told me about Jeff at TW. I shot them an email heard back same day and scheduled an appointment. Jeff told me exactly when I could pick it up which was a day earlier than I actually picked it up. So let me tell you about the end product. They set me fork back up to the exact settings I dropped it off at and offered to help with additional set up if I felt I needed it. They did tell me it may feel a tad different since they use a different oil than stock SRAM. So we go to Post Canyon to drop into the trail off 2400 towards Dirt Surfer. Holy smokes I noticed a different right off. That trail is somewhat rough but has some pedally bits. The fork felt like it was more supple, had awesome midstroke support and was very predictable all the way through the travel. This was the story all day, my hands felt good and stayed level when descending Hidden Trail at a good pace. N bottom outs even off a few drops. As mentioned I have the dual position Pike. The travel adjust has always worked but now its real snappy. It returns to full travel quick when I flip the switch even while I'm in the saddle. Before it used to hang out around 130mm until I pulled the wheel off the ground. Pricing was more than fair for the quality of work, communication level and the quick turnaround. Kind of looking forward to a shock rebuild next season too."
"Excellent service, pricing, and discussion of the options. Their turnaround time was quick, only a couple of days for a full fork rebuild. If you live near Portland, the only reason to use factory service is for warranty claims. Otherwise, Traction Works. I'll be taking my shock in for a rebuild soon."
