"Always check your food IN the bag BEFORE you leave the drive thru!!! Several times this Taco Bell at the top of 6th St. hasn’t given me all of my food that I’ve paid for. Last time they left out my chicken quesadilla and I was on the way to my son’s wrestling meet and couldn’t turn around. So that was like -$7 out of my pocket. :( Then again I’ve been here and they didn’t give me my burrito and I was charged extra for “extra lettuce”. When I got home to eat my veggie mexican pizza, there was literally 8 small pieces of lettuce on it!! I wasn’t happy I was charged almost a dollar extra for that. Very lazy & not a good job. So my advice is to ALWAYS check your food in the bag before leaving the driveway."

"(this was the Taco Bell on 6th Street in grants pass and this was the morning time staff) A number of reasons number one because I told him I wanted 4 locos nachos taco supreme, number one there's barely any meat number two it was not a supreme it ended up being a regular one I asked for no lettuce they gave me lettuce on every single one of them there was supposed to be sour cream it's supposed to be tomatoes but there is none of that either and then on my crunchwrap supreme there was barely any meat if any. Also I was almost given the soda for the people behind us I had to let them know it was not mine then somebody from behind that was not serving me at the time came up and asked me to pay for the people behind me their food but I told him that he had it wrong and that I've already paid and he was like oh I'm sorry my bad and he went back into the back then my the guy that was taking care of me came back and he asked me if I wanted to eat sauces and I told him no I didn't realize that my food was messed up until I got back to my house by then I was upset and I had already driven back to my house so I called to talk about and it rang several times and I kept calling because it did not ever get picked up I think I called a number of times maybe I think the number was like eight times and then I set an alarm clock for myself for another hour and then maybe they would pick up so I then called an hour later and they still had not picked up I am very upset and I am very displeased"

"Ordered online and then went to pick up my order. Then learned that the store didn't have soda, didn't have fries, didn't have orange juice (fries and orange juice were in my order) they told me to drive around the corner and wait which I did. They forgot about me while the 'crew' could be seen laughing and goofing off in the store. Someone finally came out and asked which order was mine then he quickly came back out with a crushed bag of cold disgusting 'food' if you could call it that. I was scared to even let my dog try it. I've had mix ups at fast food before but this was the worst experience I've ever had. It's clear that if you aren't a buddy of one of the employees your order will be a dumpster fire that trash pandas and dumpster chickens wouldn't touch."

"Usually end up going to the other Taco Bell across town but ended up going to this one to save time, went through the drive and the guy taking orders had no manners. Ended up getting 4 beefy melts and to my surprise were cold and I wouldn’t label them as “melts”. I looked at the other reviews that had good ratings and I’m sure that those are 100% false. The ownership of this store needs to be looked into. What a joke this Taco Bell is."

"We were traveling to Redding and wanted something quick as we were traveling through The Dalles. Quick is the keyword there. We dined in just because we had a long way to go and needed to stretch our legs. There were workers there, but no one seemed to think it was their job to be at the counter. One was finally elected and we thought we were on our way. They guy behind us got his order in a few minutes. We ordered 2 crunch wraps, a simple order. We waited about 9 minutes and had to ask, and they finally handed it to us. We don't mind waiting if we get hot and meaty crunch wraps we expect from Taco Bell. It was received cold, and we most certainly did not get our money's worth. It was very thin. There was a generous amount of sour cream, nacho cheese, lettuce with one or two diced tomatoes inside, and just a skid mark of the meat. That's just stupid. We had to hit the road or we would have had them do it over: That is just unacceptable."
