McDonald's

"Food quality and order accuracy have suffered lately and I believe it has a lot to do with the fact that most of the staff are high schoolers. Missing sauces and overcooked patties have been a common issue nearly every time I go here-- which is too often for my own good. I don't know why I keep returning."

"The line was short in the drive-through at 2 pm . The person taking my order was nice, and the same with the person giving me my order. The nuggets were cooked just right. Now the bag the meal came in about time McDonald's this was so cool words can not say how much I enjoyed the bag probly more than the meal ."

"I pulled up here at peak time (Lunch) and there was a line. I couldn't believe how fast it moved. I had my food in less than 5 minutes even though there were 6 cars ahead of me. Even better the food was really freshly made and cooked to perfection. Great place and well run."

"Imagine wanting to be paid more but you can't even get a simple order right. When I got to the window the lady even confirmed that my order was a double cheeseburger with a medium fry and large water. When I looked in the bag they just handed me the fries. So I turned around and went back through the drive thru to tell them. When I told the lady through the speaker she said, "we don't have cheeseburgers right now." I didn't respond, just waited. Then make some maybe......after that she put me down as a cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger. When I tried explaining this she just stared at me blankly and said "we have you down as a cheeseburger." As if she didn't hear me say double cheeseburger through the speaker. At this point I was completely over dealing with stupidity so I just told her "whatever. Fine." I got the cheeseburger and left. The service here is mediocre at best, but every time it gets worse and worse. It's like talking to robots, but at least a robot would get the order correct."

"If the drive through isn’t bad enough with “here’s your food, bye” isn’t bad enough when you check your bag and they ask you to “pull forward, please” because they mess up imagine going inside to see it fully staffed and maybe 5 customers in entire building the place is completely dirty, restrooms even and while you wait to have a order fixed you let your kid you had to take out of the car seat go play and decide to eat in to not have 1 table clean. I’m completely disappointed In McDonald’s with how they treat customers in drive through service so they can get there monthly quota to meet bonuses there for causing employees to scramble in order to keep a job just to keep up drive times. Neglecting customers I’ve noticed has become a thing the past couple years but never have I seen a restaurant of there’s so DIRTY, definitely won’t bring my kid back. Packed up and left"
