"I brought in my 2007 Dodge with an electrical problem. I had never been there before but my usual mechanic recommended them. Person I spoke with (Keith) indicated it was a common problem they’d seen plenty of times (TIPM). He gave me a quote “depending on the part cost”. They quickly fixed my truck exactly when they said they would, and the total came out below what was quoted. The part was cheaper. Sure can’t complain about that! My point here is they could have jacked up the price to what they originally quoted and I would have never known. But they didn’t. They also spotted another problem with my cable and fixed it.
