"What's the point of having posted hours if the staff are going to close whenever they want. Sign in the window says 24 hours. Online says 11pm, I show up at 1045pm wait at the speaker to order no response. So I drive to the window, gal inside standing behind the counter looks right at me and walks away. Can't even explain to me that they're closed or the hours. Just ignores me. This has happened before at 1030 a couple times. I work in the food industry I get it people want to get out of there. But if the sign says open till this time then you should be serving food until the posted time and at least acknowledge your costumers. I would of rather her be rude than just ignore me entirely. You need to update your information either online or your signage. Other than that, the food is good the atmosphere is good. My day time visits have always been pleasant."

"Attempted to eat here tonight as it's been over a year and thought they must have gotten better. WRONG. This place is gross. The food tastes old, cold, and like the grill is dirty. The fries were ice cold and undercooked. My son went there last night at 7:30 pm and was told they were closed for the next 30 minutes because too many food orders came in and they couldn't keep up. Seriously? I don't know who runs this particular location, but your food and service are TERRIBLE. Your food is WAY overpriced and tastes DISGUSTING. As a local, I encourage everyone not to eat here. They're better off eating snacks from Loves."

"This is gas station food with a Carl’s Jr sign on it. Tenders tasted as if they had been sitting out for a few hours and the fries were not much better. I knew what to expect, so I would have been surprised if it had actually been good."

"Ordered a 9 piece jalapeño popper for my very pregnant wife among other things for the kids and myself. Get home and realize some idiot gave us 2 extra small chicken tenders in place of the jalapeño poppers and dumped our fries into the bottom of the bag. When I called in. Trevor told me “it happens” I am pissed."

"They say open 24 hours but they close to service from 9pm to and I quote between "10:30-11:00pm to do closing". Yet they still are making food and leaving it sitting. What are all the cold toasted buns for, or the fried food just sitting in baskets? So whomever gets service between "10:30-11:00pm" you are getting hours old cold food. As a business man and efficiency consultant this is neither efficient nor good business. Five staff were just walking around telling people no food until "10:30-11:00pm to do closing". I had backtracked 15 minutes to go to the place that was open. I would not recommend stopping here if you want service or fresh food. Where is Carl Sr. because Jr. Dropped the ball sir. We had an order for a baseball team you missed the paycheck Jr."
