"We were passing through, had 3 folks in front of us, lady at the counter told us all we would just have to wait, the drive thru came first, wouldn't take our orders, everyone else left. Had 3 people just standing around goofing off staring at us the whole time we waited to order. Food was not good when we finally got to order and get it, gave me food poisoning, hurt all night long."

"The food was good. I know the lady had anxiety due to it being super busy. She slammed cups and straws, ect on the counter. No smiled. Hope her day got better. All in all good experience."

"Great service, the restaurant looked clean, and there was a minimal wait time. The Frosty was cold and delicious. The fries were hot, and the burger was great. It is a Wendy's, so keep your expectations at a reasonable level, but it is a good example of the chain."

"Bring your own mustard. It's Wendy's so the food was good as far as fast food goes. The cashier was a heavyset woman who denied my request for mustard, stating "When we get low on mustard, we don't like to give it out." I've never had a restaurant tell me they're hoarding mustard NOR have I been denied a condiment for such reasons. LOL. It's one thing to be out, but to flat out deny a customer a condiment because you don't feel like grabbing it is quite odd."

"Might not want to eat here. The cashier also handle the food with her bare hands. Clearly no sense of food safety here. So much for food safety protocols never mind COVID. Didn't eat my food. Lines too long at the drive through to discuss the matter. Will certainly report to corporate."
