"This is a cool restaurant, but figure a while to get your food. I’m not sure if it’s cause I was dining alone or not but my order didn’t get taken for over 15 minutes. Poor waitresses seem very spread thin as far as not enough help. Sitting by the kitchen both times, I could hear the cooks yelling at them. I never saw them slowing down for a moment, but never caught up. That’s for sure. Steak & potato was delicious. Bread was just OK and I had an everything salad the first time I went. That was a good salad. I hope they get some more help there. It seems like that’s what they need. I went here years ago and recall the waitresses being less stressed and more available to enjoy serving folks. The atmosphere is cool with the old decor, and, just like an old-fashioned gathering place."

"Our waitress was so rude, I really thought we were bothering her just being there. No smile. It was hardly a greeting, and when we pointed out to her that our medium temp steak was rare... no, really, RARE... she couldn't even be bothered to apologize. She just took the steak we had placed on an extra plate and said she would have him cook it more. Well, when she brought it back, yup. Still RARE. I'm not sure what he was doing to it for 15 minutes. But he wasn't cooking my steak. Sheesk. So our steak wS was served with spaghetti. Yeah, we thought that was weird, too. So my daughter was served chicken strios and French fries, which was astronomical! The only thing I ate was because the steak I was sharing was still in the kitchen. The atmosphere was nice. There were nice Christmas things on the ceiling, which were nice, and the pictures on the walls were nice to look at . So the atmosphere was good. Just not my grizzilly raw steak, and weird spaghetti."
