"If I can give a negative ZERO star review, I would! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can't get over how horribly this clinic treated me! Anytime I had called, they wouldn't answer as they had caller ID. When I called from my husband's phone, they finally answered. Ridiculous! I couldn't get any of my questions answered - They would tell me that they would call me back but never did. The dentist "William" was a joke! First look at my x-rays, and money signs showed up in his eyes! "Plan to spend at least $20,000 in the next few months with what we have to do for you. It was devastating to hear this. I felt hopeless. Who has $20,000 lying around??? The dentist was not sensitive or caring.. Very abrupt and definitely had his own agenda. I went to another dentist and was asked for previous updated x-rays, so I called William's office, and as I mentioned earlier in my review, they refused to answer their phones! I'm sure Willy told them not to answer anytime I had called. I have been asked for a recommendation for a dentist by over 70 people, and I made sure to inform each of them to steer clear of this horrendous clinic!"

"Dr. Bateman made my front teeth, they look aweful and he refused to redo them. Do not see him for restorative dentistry for asthetic reasons. My front teeth are too wide, they are out of alignment with my bottom teeth, and the embrasure of the front teeth looks unnatural. Patient beware!!!"

"With zero amounts of irony, Dr. Bateman has quite literally changed my life. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was eight. To the point where even as I child I was having panic attacks. Every dentist I had treated me like a scared little kid even up until adult hood. So I stopped going. My fillings needed replaced, I had a cracked tooth, I had a cavity or two, and I was letting my mouth go to hell all because of my fear. But then I found this office, and everything changed. Dr. Bateman and his staff treated my anxiety seriously. They offered sedation methods that calmed me down to the point of WANTING to get treatment done. They have been patient, kind, and extremely accommodating. Not only can I eat normally again, but my smile looks better than ever and I have a new confidence I lost for years.
