"I needed a couple of gum grafts and Dr. Russell did an amazing job. He was very professional and easy to work with, and his staff were all incredible. The grafts are healing nicely and he said they look great at my recheck appointment. Even though his office was out of network with my insurance, they took care of everything. The waiting room was comfortable, and all of the equipment in the back looked new and well cared for. I am definitely a nervous nelly when it comes to dental work, yet everyone worked to make sure the process was as easy as possible. I am so grateful to Dr. Russell and his staff!"

"I was referred to Dr Russell by my primary dentist as I had bone loss in my front bottom teeth causing very loose teeth and a lot of pain. My primary dentist was concerned that I may lose those teeth so I saw Dr Russell, he did a bone graph, removed a gum ulcer and did a couple follow ups. Today I had my teeth cleaned and both the Hygienist and my primary Dr were amazed at the results. My teeth are now solid and in no more pain. Dr Russell knew exactly what to do and did it very well. His assistant and the receptionists were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this office & Dr Russell."

"I am so disappointed in this office. I am not sure where the break down started. I have been a loyal patient for more than 8 years. The front office has always been great until 2019. They became non caring. The last time I was in I was assured the appointments were not too close. Oh but they were, which cost me over $250 out of pocket. I paid and asked to be contacted to discuss. No Contact but my check was deposited! Not sure if the front desk actually got the message to him or not. The Front Desk is running patients away."
