"City Center and Eric Pickle gave us honest and great service. We first purchased a car for our son that had just been brought into the dealership. It hadn't been all checked out yet. We purchased it any way after taking it for a short drive it seemed fine. Within 24 hours we knew it was going to have major issues that would cost us alot of money. They didn't want to stick us with a car that would have these issues and allowed us to bring it back and worked out a deal for another car that Eric was confident would be so much better for our son who needed a good running car for work. We are so appreciative of the integrity of City Center Cars and Trucks! We will tell everyone we know who is looking for a vehicle the first place to go."

"1 Star: Avoid at All Costs I purchased a car from City Center Cars and Trucks in Roseburg on July 24, 2023, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The dealership sold me a vehicle with a lost title and missing signatures for the title transfer, which I later found out is illegal in Oregon. After consulting with a lawyer, I filed a complaint with the Oregon DMV Dealer Investigation Unit and waited nearly 8 months before finally receiving my title on March 1st, 2024. Throughout this ordeal, the owner of the dealership refused to speak with me, and I was afraid to leave a review earlier for fear of not receiving my title at all. This experience has been extremely time-consuming, worrisome, and painful. Aside from the title issues, the dealership also engaged in shady business practices. They clearly painted over numerous scratches on the front bumper and hood of the car. After the first wash, the paint wore off, revealing a multitude of paint chips and scratches that were not visible at the time of purchase. Additionally, they sold the car with dangerously bald tires. While I take responsibility for not inspecting the tires more closely before buying, it is still a clear example of the dealership's deceptive practices. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT buy a car from this dealership unless they have the title in hand. If you decide to proceed, make sure to ask to see the title before agreeing to anything. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your vehicle needs."

"I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra and 7 days later the cat transmission went out, don “wanted to make it right” and told me I could give him an additional 1800$ and he would pay the rest to fix it. I agreed I received a “new transmission” with a 6 month warranty that ended up once again leaving me stranded with a second tow cost only 30 days later. I activated my warranty and after a long wait with no car I got a call from the mechanic that the transmission they sent was bad. (Come to find out they stuck junk transmissions in it)Long story short thanks to city center I’ve been carrying full coverage insurance and making payments on a broke down car for three years! Go to Honda thanks to Rick I was able to even get a second car."
