"Receptionist who answered the phone was Very unhelpful and asked right away if I was on a tribe council and when I said no she told me no appointments were available and she couldn’t guarantee me that there would be in the future. She kept trying to refer me somewhere else."

"I'm blown away by how compassionate and caring the staff is here. They made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like they genuinely care about my wellbeing. I had the complete opposite experience at another dental clinic (who's name is the same as a local river). Awful experience doesn't even begin to describe it..The other dental clinic treated me terribly! I'm so incredibly happy that I found this gem of a dental office! Cannot thank them enough for treating their clients with respect. I had Dr. Austin and he was funny, understanding, kind, and gentle. Thank you guys so much, this means the world to me!"

"Almost impossible to get through with a call. Mine have all been ignored or they answer and immediately hang up. Ive only spoken to the receptionist one time in a couple months trying to schedule an appointment (I haven't gone in due to covid and don't know if they will allow first time patients in to set an appointment up) and she was very rude about telling me they arent accepting new patients about 2 months ago and hung up on me. Ive tried calling back this month multiple times and I keep getting the voice-mail or they answer and hang up. I have just asked my insurance to switch dentists because this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never consider taking myself here after this."

"NARA Dental is the #1 reason why I am finally headache free. Plenty of Dentists told me I was fine without having my wisdom teeth removed. However, Dr. Wineland took the time to listen to me and helped develop a plan (along with one of their amazing Dental Hygienists) to get me to total Oral Health. Long story short, they're an awesome team and I will be a patient here as long as possible because they make it a great place to choose."
