"There is already one complaint about Dr Granger, and I’m here to make the second complaint. I actually read the reviews, just curious to see if anyone else has had a problem with Dr Granger. I have stopped going to this location because the MALE gynecologist Dr Granger, does not practice medical safety, and does not respect the little amount of personal space patients get when going to the gynecologist. The first time I visited him was when I was 15, getting an IUD. The whole process was very creepy and he just kept touching and rubbing my upper and inner thighs, stalling as much as he could while talking about things that do not relate to my visit. I went back in September of 2023, about 2.5 years later to get my IUD removed and a NEXPLANON put in my arm. IUD went fine, Other than the usually creepy thigh and leg rubbing, and unnecessary talking. I am already uncomfortable and vulnerable in that position/state, and I do NOT need some man, let alone person rubbing on me. You need to do your job. I was still a minor at the time, and left the building severely uncomfortable. I would never accuse someone of such a thing, but in this case there are no accusations. There is something wrong with Dr Grangers overall demeanor, even the assistant nurse could tell. She kept telling him to hurry up every time he would try to continue small talk while still rubbing my upper/inner thigh. He did not use a sterile needle when numbing my arm up for the Nexplanon, which the assistant nurse very loudly blurted out right in front of me, which he just laughed off? When I told him my arm did not feel numbed up, he took the nexplanon half way out of my arm, numbed me up with a needle again, then put the Nexplanon back in. My nexplanon does not feel or look right, and all of my peers that have a nexplanon told me he placed it wrong and did not insert it far enough into my skin. The nexplanon is the least of my worries. Right now, I am very disappointed that I didn’t leave a review in the first place. This doctors office is conveniently close to where I live, but because of Dr Granger and how uncomfortable he has managed to make me in the few visits we’ve had, I have to make the commute all the way to milwaukee to be seen by a respectful gynecologist. I am not saying the fact that Dr Granger is a male is what makes me uncomfortable, it’s the way he treats me and other patients. It is not professional. To me, this experience with dr granger is the closest thing to sexual assault I have ever experienced."
"I feel like every time I come here I’m gambling. Either you leave with trauma from medical negligence, or terrible bedside manners… Or you can leave feeling happy, refreshed, safe and reassured! So go ahead! Roll the dice."
"The lady in the front was absolutely nasty and rude for no reason. Clearly someone isn’t happy they didn’t go to college. She seriously needs some manners. I left before even going in because I refuse to be treated like that at a doctors office. Whoever is the lady with ginger curly hair and glasses, why make everyone else miserable because you are? This is the least professional office I’ve been ever in."
"Most of the family practice providers at this clinic are good. A few are quite excellent. The front desk staff are generally good, as are the lab staff. However, there are a few support staff that are actively hostile toward patients and who seem to think that they are the boss of the providers when they most definitely are not. A certain MA and a non-medical manager type woman whose acts go FAR beyond ethics and the parameters of their positions. The amount of meddling these women do in patient care is damaging to their relationship with their providers and is thus deleterious to their health and wellbeing. I would highly recommend some of the doctors here, but the support staff are so horrendous that I would steer clear. As for urgent care, that's a bit of a reverse situation. Good support staff, but one or two providers are a nightmare. There's one male provider (who's name is a type of cracker) who is deeply rude and unnecessarily cruel to patients, and he alone is reason enough to never go to urgent care."
"I can only rate this clinic based on my own experiences. I've visited this clinic about a dozen times (or possibly a few more). The staff was always polite and helpful. My contacts with doctors and nurses were excellent. The Providence model for delivery of primary care is based on a team approach with the primary physician not spending enormous amounts of time with individual clients. Even so, my primary physicians have been friendly and attentive. I did not feel rushed."
