"My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Baumgarth for a complicated root canal. I was given the cost ahead of time and they were able to get me in right away. I have a dental trauma history so was nervous about having the procedure, and told Dr. Baumgarth about my concerns. He listened to me, and was kind, gentle, and soft-spoken. He told me what he was doing as he did it, which helped a lot. The root canal lasted just over an hour and a half, and all along Dr Baumgarth made sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Amber, the receptionist, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, which I also appreciated. Root canals aren't fun, but Dr Baumgarth really did make this as easy as possible for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him if I ever need to. Thank you!"

"These people only care about your money. My daughter needed a root canal and they estimated how much our portion would be. I understand it is an estimate, and might change somewhat. They then do the procedure and we get a bill for a huge difference. We are trying to figure it out, talking to them to keep them informed also, and we find out that my daughters insurance had reached its maximum. Which, if they had called like they were supposed to do, they would have known and should have told us. This all took a little time, and during the meantime they send an invoice with literally a past due sticker on both sides of the envelope, and on every page of the invoice inside. They then called a few days later to demand payment. It had already been set up through billpay, but they just want to bully people. This should have been in the notes, but again, they just want there money. Go someplace where they do the job right and treat you with respect."
