"I cracked a tooth on New Year's Day. It took me a day to find someone that could expedite my repair. Dr. Ngo got me in at my earliest convenience, and offered to fix the tooth the next day. It came in under estimate, and they offered a 5% discount for uninsured patients. Dr. Ngo and Celine were pleasant and efficient. The office is open and inviting. I'm grateful Dr. Ngo saved my tooth!"
"I called for an emergency and they took me in the next day. Dr. Ngo fixed me right up. Pain free and quick. I will go back next time when needed."
"This is the best dentist my family and I’ve ever been to. The staff is attentive and welcoming and Dr. Ngo is amazing with my 5yo. I highly recommend!"
"We used to love this office, but it switched ownership and has turned into a whole scheme of scams. awful service and communication. So sad Horaceck is gone he was awesome!"
"I loved this office when it was Dr. Horacek. We went there for years-all 6 of us. I just called to make an appointment and let them know I need antibiotics prior to cleanings because of a shoulder replacement. They called back and wanted my medical records for prophylactic antibiotics-a very low one time dose. It’s not like I am addicted to antibiotics-I mean come on. I was just willing to try this new dentist. Now I am not. Luckily, I have someone I have seen who is fine with providing prophylactic antibiotics. And no, I am not okay with a dentist I don’t know having my medical records. He has all of my old dental records. That should be enough, especially since the first time I saw Horacek I was still in a sling and had to have pillow under my arm! I saw another review that went through the transition from Horacek to the new office. I concur it was an absolute nightmare. My husband had a severe dental emergency during that time. Even the on call dentist was out on emergency leave! I am so glad I didn’t keep the appointment as I found out this is corporate owned!"
