"I will never be returning or recommending this business. Which is actually challenging for me, as the procedure went well and the technician staff were all kind and knowledgable. My qualm is with the billing staff. They assured me that my Cigna insurance was in network, though come to find out AFTER the surgery that they are NOT in network with my specific plan, and claim that they did not have to specify this to me. They are only required to specify "in network with greater cigna plans". After my own Cigna representitive attempted to reduce my remaining balance, which you can imagine was extensive with my now OUT OF NETWORK benefits/balance, Cascade Oral & Facial refused to comply. This is theft. This is insurance fraud. This is unnacceptable client care. After 8 months I have FINALLY paid off this bill that should have never have been my responsibility in the first place. Even if you have insurance, this business may not actually be in-network, EVEN AS THEY CLAIM THEY ARE!!!!!!"
