I'm forty years of age and I had a lot of Dental work in my twenties... a root canal several crowns and fillings some that are still in good shape ... long story short... I had a serious infection for almost 3 years.. a root canal that went bad and another tooth that the infection pushed through into the sinus cavity... I was having night sweats and migraines constantly, my health was getting bad because of it. I put it off and knew that a regular dentist would only offer expensive and not long lasting treatments.... just extraction without a bone graft and re root canal treatments .... you should look root canal re treatments it's scary...I had been to the previous holistic dentist office that Dr DeLong took over with Jeffery Williamson and he had changed my mind about dentistry and holistic approach... I was told by another dentist that I needed a root Canal on a front tooth I wanted a second opinion before I did anything...turns out there was nothing wrong with the tooth but had a piece of the bone had chipped off in the tooth's socket he said I should do nothing about it. Fast forward years later and the tooth is fine.... by now if I had gone with the root canal prescribed it probably would be failing now and need to be removed... do your research don't just jump into what ever without knowing the details and pitfall...so I finnaly made the call to the old old office and found that Dr DeLong had taken over his practice..I decided last year I would finally make an appointment this spring... they got me in got me scanned by the newest tech that I've ever seen. and I was on my way right away and I needed it bad.... we made a plan he got me fixed up where i needed it most, a deep cleaning and a wonderfull porcelain inlay that was created right in the office with such precision and in little time and with actual truth behind all of the ways involved in the treatment including the why and why not... I've had a lot of work in the past and this was well worth it and done that day...the knowledge they contain in that office is indeed valid the way he visualized what I needed in a mindful manner... I finally had the teeth extractions in April with the bone grafts and now finally healed my last check up and cleaning show that my overall dental health has improved drastically.. I haven't had a migraine in months or night sweats, my other body issues are improving and I feel so much better now I can make other positive changes for my health so much easier and keep my dental health up...your mouth is the gateway to your health do good for your mouth and your body will follow.."

"This is the most amazing Dental office I have ever been to. Doctor Shepard Delong is so caring , kind and the work he does is with great attention and nothing but the best for his patients. One of his staff members named Anna was assisting him yesterday as I had surgeries and other things done in my mouth. She cared for me as if I was a family member, giving me a warm neck pillow, making sure I was warm by covering me with a blanket, wiping my mouth and putting salve on my lips regularly through the whole time I was there. She was so gentle and encouraged me through the whole process. Her and the Dentist went above and beyond for me . The office and bathroom is clean, organized and their equipment is high technology that I have never seen in any other Dental office. Look no further if you are looking for a trustworthy Dentist and staff to do for you as they would for a family member. If I could I would give more then 5 stars."
