"Nothing was good about this. I made an appointment for a hitch installation at 9:30am. I even called the day before to confirm said appointment. I show up and Sean Clark (manager) at the front desk told me the person installing the hitch isn't in yet and he has a tendency to show up late. Sean tells me to maybe come back at about 10:45am and I do but guess what? They still haven't started the installation yet! Then I get told that the appointment was scheduled at 10:30am. I had no choice but to wait since today is my only day off during a weekday that I could schedule the installation since they don't offer it on the weekends. They didn't finish until 1pm. Never once was I given an update or an apology for the long wait. If they had told me about the unexpected longer wait I would have arranged to pick it up at a later time. Avoid like the plague!"
