"Went in for their lifetime tire alignment service. The store manager, William, was very kind and informative. I was able to see the before and after on the printed sheets. It was done for about 200 dollars and less than an hour. Super thankful for this great deal, and I highly recommend it for everyone!"

"The team at Firestone was extremely friendly and updated me during the tire Installation process to let me know about an hour before they were done. Also did a free safety check and noted my driver front wheel bearing was bad and asked if I wanted a quote to fix. I said no thanks because I do all the work myself and all he said is ok cool. Well once you get the wheel bearing replaced make sure to come back so we can recheck the wheel alignment for you as I have the lifetime alignments on the car. Also what an amazing deal to pay a one time reasonably priced fee for lifetime alignments! Thanks again for all your guys/gals hard work!"

"These guys came through when another Firestone location made an error on my car that caused my car to overheat and ended with a tow to my home. Even though they were busy, they took my car in, fixed the mistake, and got me on my way. I really appreciate their time and effort to squeeze me in to get the job done."

"These people are beyond incompetent and have zero respect for you or your time. I came in to have a screw in my tire repaired, I was told there were a few people ahead of me, but that I should feel free to "go get some food and return shortly" suggesting that it wouldn't be too long of a repair. Keep in mind no one even took the time to step outside and inspect my tire to assess if it was repairable before happily taking my keys from me. It was not until almost 6 hours later (30min before they closed) that I finally received a call. I was told my tire was not repairable and that I should simply replace all 4 of my tires because I have an AWD vehicle. It was also suspicious that when I returned to pick up my car a mechanic was under my hood tinkering with things, which he promptly stopped the moment I arrived and even left a paper inside my hood. They even had the audacity to tell me "don't worry, we won't charge you today" FOR WHAT?? Keeping my car and keys hostage for almost 6 hours to do absolutely nothing?? To put this into perspective I went to Discount Tires the following day and they repaired my tire in under 45min and had exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend them over Firestone for absolutely anything. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE LAZY IMBECILES!"

"It’s hard not to feel like I was just scammed. I understand being busy I totally do but I never got a call after I dropped my car off around one. I had to show up at 4 and still didn’t get spoken to until 5 I had asked the tech to check certain things while also asking him to replace my headlight bulb. All this person could do was just write down the codes on my receipt and left apparently before I even got back. Again, the phone call would’ve really saved me some time and would’ve allowed me to take my vehicle out so there will be another spot open to move business along, so not only did we not find a solution but the headlight was never replaced just reported that it was bad. on top of the price being $120 if I could give zero stars I would"
