"I went not once, not twice, but 3 times today (due to my own errors) and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They answered all of my questions, even the probably stupid ones, and walked me through exactly what I needed and what I could look for if what I purchased didn’t work. As a woman, I often feel very intimidated going to auto parts stores, and have had bad experiences at other autozones but this one changed my feelings on the matter."

"I had the best experience at this AutoZone location. I needed to change wipers for my truck and they helped me out from locating a product to helping me install and replace my wipers. 100% recommend this location for their top customer service!"

"I bought a wiper blade at the store and it didn’t fit. I went to return or exchange it and the manager said he could put it on. The manager was trying to help but working very roughly broke off the entire arm off the windshield. He then wanted to glue it back together. I wasn’t pleased with this option. He then wanted me to pay for a new arm. I didn’t like this idea and said I didn’t think I should have to pay for it but he said that he would give me a deal. I still wasn’t happy. The wiper arm they wanted to replace it with didn't look the same. The blade also didn't fit the new arm. I told him I didn’t want it. He said it would be fine as it just rotates over the window. I left. Now I have to pay $150 to have it fixed at Toyota. I think since they broke it they should have had to pay to have it fixed with parts that were made for my car."

"Called ahead to check availability of part . Ended up driving to 3 different stores only to find out non of them had the part and would need to be ordered. Complete waste of my time driving across town only to be shuffled to 2 more stores which were called and verified they had the part. Usually have good experiences here ."

"Thanksgiving, late morning, no wait. Got a tire pump, filled up 3 of my 4 tires before it died, want back in and got it returned quickly, finished the last tire and left. Was a good experience for a stressful situation and day. The associate was very helpful and took me to the pumps and went over some of the models they had."
