"Really bad service. All the times I go there to buy a part for a utility trailer, all the guys at the counter are mad, like they're eaten hot jalapeños peppers all day ....I'm going some where else to find parts....don't go there guys unless you want to have a bad day after visiting six Rosters."

"Needed to do brakes and bearings on my trailer. They were almost 50% more $$ than purchasing online. They also did not get all the parts needed, causing me to have to drive back there to get the rest. These were all are common parts. The price is the reason store fronts are going out of business. Sad to see, but true."

"The guys here are extremely rude in person or when answering the phone no help at all. Seems like they are in a hurry to get to the next person and then get everyone out with out helping anyone. If you have to come here I recommend coming with your exact part you need replaced and don’t ask questions."
