"Online food orders have been stolen several times and never has panda express tried to prevent this from happening. Front service workers were not helpful and let us stand there for more than 20 minutes after we had ordered online 10 minutes prior to arriving. Was told to show up earlier even though we arrived before it should have been finished. Line workers were refusing to remake an order that they had given out to the wrong person without verification after proving with our own receipt that it was our food and this needs to stop. Panda express needs to verify who they are giving out orders to and need to be held accountable for their mistakes"
"I ordered a bigger plate and as you can see in the picture four pieces of chicken is an entree??? Very dissatisfied. No mandarin sauce and they get over giving less food because they usually pack the small box with the 3rd entree but instead decided to give me what you see instead. I will never go here again and recommend others go to a different panda"
"Had this twice in the last two weeks, and from the same location. Both times and both exact meals were high quality, tasted fresh, was piping hot with no issues. Orange Chicken plate with noodles and a Chicken Mushroom Plate with noodles/rice. Highly recommend the Panda in Keizer for your "fast Chinese food" needs."
