"The lady at the front counter by the name of Deanna was such a sweetheart. Our order was messed up in every way possible but I still give a 5 star service rating because of her. It’s totally understandable that mistakes happen, it’s all about how employees respond to it. And Deanna was so apologetic and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden and made the moment right. We need more people like her in customer service!"
"Had a small issue with my order, called and talked to Robin. She told me to come back and she would make it right. I went back this morning and she went way beyond what I would have expected for the issue with my order. It is nice to see that people still appreciate their customers and know how to provide excellent customer service."
"I have probably eaten here 20 times in the last 6 years and it seems to get a little worse each time. At first it was just messing up the order. Then it was quality. Pictures below show what it was like on 8/22/23. @ 9 p.m. Completely raw. I understand if there is a line, but please just tell me to pull forward!.... I'll wait, really!"
