Nike Factory Store - Woodburn

"Visited on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the store was very crowded making it difficult to shop. Employees were doing a good job of keeping items organized, making it easy to find sizes. Long line, but it moved quickly. Although the store was very busy, management had proper staffing to make for a positive experience."

"I ordered some shoes online, when they came they looked destroyed/damaged so I came into the store to return them. The guy at the register I was at was very kind. He explained to me why the shoes looked like that and that it was recycled material. I worked at this specific store for 2 years and never once saw a pair of shoes that looked like this so that’s why I was confused. The girl on the register next to him was listening in and watching the transaction, which is fine. But as soon as I mentioned I was worried cause they didn’t look safe she laughed, covered her mouth, and turned to another coworker listening in and said “quietly” she asked if they’re safe. I don’t see what’s funny about being worried about the support in your shoes. I’d rather not break an ankle while I’m running. She then continued to say things “quietly” to that same coworker about me. Won’t be back as now I’m too worried to ask any employee there any question about anything."

"Amazing customer service and always been a huge fan of their return policy! Nice layout.. the employees let me shop around without bothering me too much.. they offered assistance but were really cool when I said I just wanted to shop around... spent to much but got a lot of great sale items. Will definitely be back Can’t remember his name, but was super impressed by one of the associates. He knew the store and products like the back of his hand and had great recommendations!"

"It’s always crowded but good prices on their clearance and they got plenty. Sometimes they have additional discounts on their clearance which makes it even cheaper!"
