"This is the second time Marshall's put in a new heating/cooling system for me and they're great. The system works great, Harold was super helpful as we were deciding what we needed, and Nick and Braedon were professional and just nice while they were putting it in. I'm so glad I worked with them."

"I would give NO stars if possible. We had Marshall's come out for an estimate, and, due to work we were having done on the house at the time, the guy that came out did not enter our house and told me to call back when the current work was done so they could return to give us an estimate. When I called back to make a new appointment, I was told the guy had made a note in our file that our crawlspace was too small and they would not be providing an estimate for us nor doing the job. He had neither accessed nor looked at the crawlspace. When I tried to explain this to the woman who answered the phone, she YELLED, "What do you want me to do about it?!" at me. I emailed the owner about the situation and never heard back. I don't recommend working with Marshall's unless you want to be yelled at, lied to, and ignored."

"Luis and Shane and the rest of their crew did a great job installing our new heat pump and cleaning up and hauling away our old gas furnace and air conditioner. The heat pump got a thorough test during this latest cold snap with temps down to 20F and without needing to use auxiliary heat. Kudos to Marshall's and Carrier."
