"I pre-ordered a pizza to be picked up later in the evening I was able to finish my errands for the day early so I thought I would call in and request to have the pizza made earlier. Apparently that's not an option! Nobody answers the phone. I called 10 times over the course of an hour and never once spoke to a person and the calls were dropped after a bunch of rings."
