"At first I thought it might of just been us. A fluke, but after deciding to leave a review and reading others, I'm glad im not the only one. Ordered online for pick up, and both our sandwiches were missing ingredients. I went back in and told them about it, they nicely offered to give me the missing food in bowls to add to our sandwiches, but I definitely wont be ordering from this subway again."
"Food is scrappy at best. Order specifications like light or extra was mostly ignored. As an ex-subway employee it's noticeable."
"I hardly ever leave reviews. I’ve had some decent experiences with subway but this time it was excellent. I get the same thing every time. Servers often assume I only want a half sandwich because I’m a little on the smaller side even though I said I wanted a foot long. I pretty much only go after or before I donate blood so I get a big appetite. Servers almost never ask what size I want even though I need a foot long. This server, I’m not sure of her name, I don’t remember but she asked multiple clarifying questions, even clarifying if I wanted cheese. She got my order done perfectly, her service was beautiful, and extremely sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location after my next donation."
"Love this location, staff are friendly most of the time and they’re the one place in town that i trust to make a mobile order right. There was one time that they almost sent me with the wrong chips, i always check those. Great sandwiches."
"Ordered the chicken salad it got chopped so fine I felt like somebody else had already chewed it and placed it in my bowl. Horrible salad and I was in too much of a hurry to be able to go back and change it. The chicken was chopped beyond recognition. When i called the store to tell them, the manager said i had to request the chicken be placed last. Ive eaten Subway salads for years and have never had to ask them to place chicken on top. It seems like a no-brainer. Other stores do this, why not this one. I did initially ask for a non chopped salad but she had already started chopping. Sorry I didn't."
