"Good pizza as always, just like I remember from the Albany location. Service was kind of slow but also friendly. It used to be a country bar of some sort so the inside is different for a pizza joint. Not your budget friendly pizza but it is good though."

"Extremely disappointed. Paid a hefty price for two pizzas... the crust is hard as a rock and burnt. Very little toppings. I think I counted 5 slivers of lettuce on a taco pizza! Will definitely never order from here again."

"Listen to the other reviews. I walked in and waited to pick up my pizza I had ordered over the phone. After waiting a few minutes and speaking to one of the employees, they said they would go grab my pizza for me. I watched as an employee went straight from cleaning tables with a cloth to touching my pizza to cut it and place it in the box. All without gloves or handwashing. The pizza itself is overpriced for subpar taste. Crust is dry and the toppings were centered in the middle the pizza. The venue looks sad. This place has potential. But I don’t think it will be around long enough to reach that."

"Ordered the BBQ Chicken, oh my gosh!! It was the best tasting pizza I’ve ever had!!! The crust may be thin but it’s crunchy and holds the weight of the toppings. The pineapple and bacon bits are exactly what this pizza needs to stand out."

"Over-baked pizza served on a cheap paper plate. While the staff were friendly, this Ciddici's location lacks identity both in the environment and in their pizza. The Food - Wings were tasty, but the pizza was overly greasy and the crust was crunchy and hard which meant it was over-baked. Servers were observed taking orders, and then directly touching food with their bare hands. No sanitary measures taken (washing hands, gloves etc.). The Menu - A wide array of pizza options, ranging from individual sizes to larger sizes. They also have American classics such as JoJo's, a hamburger, sandwiches, beer and sodas. Atmosphere - Unfinished. Wait staff were observed at the till texting on personal phones. It felt like the place was going out rather than just coming into town. All in All 2/5 - This Ciddici's location felt like an after-thought rather than something new and exciting. You can sacrifice most things in a restaurant, but sanitation and sub-par food is not one of them. I do hope things get better!"
