"Professional, friendly and quick. The door lock had stopped working. They took a look at in case it was something minor at no charge. They ordered the part, which came in quickly and then they installed it at a reasonable price. Unlike the dealer who wanted to charge $120 just to "diagnose", what was a straightforward situation, and who knows what additional mark up. They are all very friendly with a sweet dog to boot."
