"I went into this store with my family. Some old lady at and counter gave us a big spiel about being a nonprofit “bla bla bla.” My two year old needed to use the restroom, so I asked kindly if he could. She said “no sorry that’s not allowed.” So we went to a coffee shop. We came back to this store afterwards. I walked around a corner, and there were two public restrooms with prominent “MEN” and “WOMEN” signs on the door. I can only assume that the woman at the front desk was either mentally ill, or just a horrible person."
