"Dropped car off February 20th for a fender bender; bumper and headlights needed replaced. We picked it up today, May 8th and the car has had nothing done except to take off the bumper and one headlight. The shop never called my partner or I once during the entire 2.5 months they had the car, we had to reach out every single time, multiple times to get any response. When we did actually speak to anyone the answer was always that they were waiting on a part. Okay, I understand supply issues. What I do not understand is not taking the time to call a customer to update them on time lines or delays. Completely unacceptable customer service, well actually a complete lack of... Went by last Friday to pick up the car and they were not open, even though business hours are posted as Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, glad they had time for a long weekend while I've been waiting for at least a phone call for over 2 months... Went back today to get the car again, literally zero communication from anyone except "we will get your car". Then when it wouldn't start they couldn't even figure out how to jump it and we had to use our other car to jump it ourselves to get it home. Also couldn't bother giving us zip ties to cluster the hanging wires for the drive home. We went to this place based on the other Google reviews, but I would use serious caution if you are worried about getting any updates or actually getting your vehicle fixed here. Good luck! ***EDIT*** we decided to fix the car ourselves, parts arrived IN 4 DAYS...these people are full of s***!!"

"Great shop! We thought our sunroof was leaking/had clogged lines, and after The Wright Shop checked it out they discovered we actually had a bad windshield installation done from Safelight. These guys really helped us out by being honest and fair! And when my battery died the next day they went the extra mile putting it on the slow charger after jumping it!! Above and beyond is the way they do business, highly recommend."

"Outstanding brother owned paint, body and restoration shop. Our son tried to paint his truck and it didn't turn out the way it was supposed to.
