"Excellent parts guys and service technicians!!"
"Temp sensor replaced, swelled coolant hose, and EGR flex pipe recall, replaced . Quick and easy."
"Needed parts to pick up on Saturday and waited at parts counter for 40 min and no one showed up"
"I went in one morning couple of months ago to ask a question about an issue I was having. Randy in service could not confirm what I thought it was, and then said this…”we have time to look at it now, if you would like”. Right? I’ve never heard those words said like that. Anyway they diagnosed the actual problem in less than 2 hours. Air compressor head leaking air into cooling system, the part had to be overnighted. When the part showed up tech got right back on it and sent me down the road Great group of people, I highly recommend JGP Medford, OR"
"In our experience, Jackson group will look for any opportunity to evade the responsibility of standing behind their work, so we will avoid getting our trucks to them. Here are details on our experience: 1. We replaced a self-adjusting clutch and flywheel in July at Jackson Group Peterbilt 2. In September driver was complaining about clutch issues, so we took it to a shop, they checked and saw that flywheel is too far away, and installed a shim to try to help it, but it didn't do any good or bad and advised we replace the clutch and flywheel, so after they found out that we replaced it recently they advised we go back to the shop that installed it in the first place (it was 2000 mi away from Jackson) 3. So we took it to another dealer 30 miles from this shop, they inspected it and found nothing wrong with it, and couldn't adjust it since its self-adjusting 4. drove 300 miles and took it to another dealer to look at it, and they said the clutch linkage was improperly installed, so the clutch and flywheel are ruined and have to be replaced. Addressed this with the shop manager at Jackson, and they blamed the shop that installed the shim did something with the clutch linkage - but this is not true because: 1. we had the issue in the first place before going to that shop 2. another dealer inspected it 30 mi after this shop and said he saw no issues with it 3. shim can't damage the clutch, especially in such a short distance, and they didn't do any other work, they advised we replace the clutch Everybody can do his own conclusions, but we won't take chances with them again."
